Fontana is a cost-efficient metal railing system offering a distinctive exposed glass top edge. The 3/8" tempered glass panels stand at 42" high without a top rail, but the system utilizes a 34" high, continuous, 1.5" O.D. assist rail bracketed off the post. The 2" O.D. powder coated steel posts hold glass panels using aluminum glazing channels, which can be either top or side mounted. Fontana also employs perpendicular posts on stairways, presenting an uncommon look for a stair rail. (Note: curved stairways require vertical posts). Specify Fontana for a railing with style that stays within budget. Fontana Post Options: 4' max. post spacing.
