Livers Bronze PANEL railing system is a pre-engineered component based railing system, shipped to the jobsite ready to install.
LIMITATIONS: PANEL railing system is only limited by the materials from which it is fabricated.
Pre-engineered railing should be assembled using the components listed:
PANELS: 30″ x 30″ panels, designs are designated by the numbers given them by Livers Bronze. Half panels are approximately half the width of standard panels. PANEL RAIL is standard in aluminum with a powder coated finish.
POSTS: 2″ x 3″ x .125 extruded aluminum post. 3″ x 3″ x .125 extruded aluminum corner post.
CAP RAIL: Railing cap profiles available in aluminum or wood (sanded, select species).
SIDE RAIL: Rail bracket and 1 1/2″ diameter metal handrail, or 2″ diameter wood handrail.
FINISHES: A wide selection of colors and textures in powder coat is available. Colors are selected from manufacturers standard color charts. Standard circular grain satin and polished finishes are available for stainless steel and bronze railing. Wood rails to be sanded, final field finish by others.
The PANEL railing system is designed to meet performance criteria as outlined in IBC 2012.
Livers Bronze PANEL railing system must be attached with fasteners and to surfaces that are approved or selected by the manufacturer, and shall be detailed on all shop drawings.
Availability: PANEL railing system is subject to current delivery schedules. Each project must be reviewed before scheduling is available.

Livers Bronze warrants that its PANEL railing system is of sound quality, conforming to standards as stated under “Technical Data” and is reasonably free of defects in material and workmanship. Inasmuch as Livers Bronze has no control over the installation of its products, no other warranty is expressed or implied. Livers Bronze does not warranty against glass breakage.
The surface of Livers Bronze material can be kept clean by the use of ordinary soaps and mild cleansers. Abrasive cleaners should not be used.
